+ FRESA SALVAJE & NACO

Naco Nights New York

Por Esta

After presenting Mexican Institute of Sound (MIS) for the first time in New York about a year ago with their debut hit album Méjico Máxico, Fresa Salvaje brings them back to play their second record: Piñata (Nacional Records, 2007) that has already become a success in Mexico and abroad (first single El Micrófono will be featured in Uggly Betty and EA Games FIFA 2008). By creating, in their own words: " An Infectious Pastiche of Electronica, Dub, Cha Cha, Spoken Word and Other Musical Surprises"

Live and direct from Venezuela and recently relocated in Brooklyn, heavily hyped audiovisual band Todosantos mashes up the best of Bmore, 4x4, ghettotech and dubstep into a whole new sound they like to call "tukky bass". The group, comprised of members Peach, Pharaoh and Purple Gold, sets the stage on fire with a stampede of zebras, seizure inducing videos and tukkybass madness, tarning kids into crowd surfing lunatics from coast to coast.

Fresa Salvaje´s beloved DJ Sonido Discoyoacán, always surprising his audience will seduce you with the finest selection of cumbia and electronic music from Mexico and abroad while eye candy Fresa Salvaje founder DJ Papichulo will make you sing and dance the songs that you thought were forgotten.
